I recently won an autographed copy of U2’s How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb. I am not a huge fan of U2, but I don’t hate them either. They’re doing pretty good, considering they survived all these years and being labelled the biggest band in the world. I particularly enjoy the high energy first single and iPod commercial theme Vertigo. In all, I don’t need the CD, I already have the album digitized long ago.
So here’s what I think I should do with the CD: I plan to give it away, for free. E-mail me your details and tell me why you want it so bad, or anything you really want to tell me. This is not a first-come-first-serve basis and there is no closing date for this. As long as I still own the CD, you’re free to write to me.
I’ll pick the winner to my likings. So be creative. Include a sexy picture of yourself for the extra edge. Offer to buy me dinner or a whole box of cigarettes. Anything. If I like what you have to offer, then the CD is your’s. BUT I may decide not to give it away at all if the responses aren’t good. So show me what you got.
The album contains all 4 signatures of U2’s bandmembers (Clayton, Mullen, Edge and Bono) on the cover (the album booklet). The signatures were signed in thick silver marker pen, and unfortunately, a small portion of the signatures were stucked to the jewel casing. The CD is currently sitting in my car’s CD changer. It looks brand new and not a scratch is on the CD. And if I’m not mistaken, the CD was made in Malaysia.
So, start writing if you want an autographed CD of U2’s How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb. Here’s my e-mail: chungss#yahoo.com.
