Emo-band Death Cab for Cutie will be releasing their new album (their 7th?), Narrow Stairs, on May 13, 2008.

Update 17 June 2008: Alas, the once rumoured DCFC stop-by gig in Malaysia has been squashed. How about bringing in Weezer instead? Heard Rivers Coumo is an Asian-loving chap. Perhaps the organizers can persuade him by offering 300 Asian groupies, no?

Ben Gibbard is like a musical genius. I love what he does with Death Cab for Cutie. Even his side project The Postal Service is equally as good, albeit a little more electronica. So when I stumbled across this post featuring a host of Gibbard-related (collaboration with American Analog Set’s Andrew Kenney (who?)) songs, I couldn’t resist but to link it up.
